Veriwave Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the VeridVox service. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your information.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect information necessary to provide call verification services, including contact details, API usage logs, and temporary audio data during the verification process.

• Personal Information: Name, email, company, role.
• Technical Data: API logs, IP addresses, device identifiers.
• Audio Data: Temporary call metadata. We do NOT store original audio content for longer than 24 hours.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your data to provide watermarking services, maintain security, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. SECURITY

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We utilize Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) for sensitive cryptographic key storage.
