Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 25, 2026

1. AGREEMENT

By using Veriwave Technologies' services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VeridVox protocol and all related technology are the proprietary property of Veriwave Technologies. This technology is protected by patent-pending IP rights.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users must use the service for lawful purposes only. Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or use of the service for fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

4. LIABILITY

Veriwave Technologies provides the service "as is." Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding any claim.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Accra.
